Sugar Factory

This project saw the renovation of a 120-year-old building created to be a sugar factory that has been abandoned for 25 years. The building has been brought back to life with the insertion of new floors for commercial activities and executive offices. The structural redevelopment of the foundations and in ensuring the safety of the chimney, at almost 100 meters high, was very interesting.
